Returns & Refund Policy
Returns Eligibility Period:
Any items purchased which are covered under Return or Refund should be informed to us by sending an email to support@vsspe.com within 2 days from the date of Receipt of the items.
- The List of categories eligible for return and refund
- In general all items, units, spares parts and Accessories are eligible for returns with certain terms and conditions mentioned as part of item specifications.
- Consumables are NOT covered under any Warranty, Returns and Refunds until unless mentioned specifically
- General conditions which are eligible for refund / returns is given below
- Items can be returned after approval email from support@vsspe.com
- If an item is delivered in a physically damaged condition
- Has missing parts or accessories
- Is different from what was ordered
- Is different from its description on the product listed on the web site
- All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, Instruction / user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you..
- If you wish to return an item which stores data and or any personal information, please ensure that you have removed all such personal information from the device prior to returning.
- In some cases, items may not be eligible for return, including cases of buyer’s mistake such as
- Incorrect model or colour of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.
- Item is damaged / Scratched / Tear / dent / connectors damaged / misused / tampered / attempt to repair / some components removed / some parts or accessories missing / warranty stickers removed or replaced or tampered / Liquid or water entry / Soiled / cosmetic damage / Stains / washed to make it look like new etc.,
- High voltage entry or failure due to buyer wrong usage / environmental conditions
- If the item is not eligible for returns mentioned in the website’s item specifications
- If item carries only a test warranty
- The protective film and warranty seals received along with any item should be intact, should not have any reposition traces. We request buyers to check the working condition of the item before taking off protective film, seals, warranty stickers, etc.
- The item once received back after it is returned by buyer, esparz will take 7 days to check and validate the genuine nature and condition and then approve.
- Once returned item is accepted by the esparz, then another replacement item will be sent, in case stock is not available, then points will be added in your account. You can buy any item in the website using the points available in your account.
- Handling charges including reverse pick up charges will be deducted in some cases where it is found to be in-genuine / wrong claim / mistake from buyer end / any other specific cases.
- In case there is some functional defect found during warranty period, the buyer will contact the esparz support and or manufacturer’s customer support directly to get it resolved and this is not covered under return policy.
